They say everything is bigger in Texas, and Sheyla Hershey is no exception.

The Houston mother who already holds the unofficial record for the biggest breast implants, says she wants more.

The 28-year old model has earned a spot in Brazil's version of the Guinness Book of World Records for her enormous size FFF breast implants.

Hershey has undergone eight surgeries to accommodate the implants, which are each packed with almost two quarts of silicone.

But now, her high hopes for another upgrade are being deflated by a Texas state law which limits the amount of silicone that can be put into each breast.

However, Hershey told Fox News, she's not giving up.

"Everybody's got a dream inside, you know? And, it's good when you can make your dream come true."
